We wanted to have an audit completed to assess our readiness for the upcoming new Aged Care Act and Strengthened Quality Standards.

They worked seamlessly with our team on-site to gather all the information they required, and were considerate of the need for the day-to-day operations of the home to continue uninterrupted. The report that was produced at the end of the audit was comprehensive and enabled us to easily identify areas that still required our attention in preparation for the upcoming changes.
