We faced a need to have consistent clinical direction and support available to EN’s and PCW’s. PA were able to engage with us to provide a skilled clinician to lead the team in providing positive care outcomes for residents.

The team have been educated on clinical governance, systems have been improved, and staff have clear direction regarding roles and responsibilities. The staff member approached all work in a professional manner.
