As an accomplished Aged Care Executive, she has excelled in Operations and Quality, serving as an Accreditation and Compliance officer and Nurse Advisor and Lead Auditor. With expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Training Assessment (TAE) qualifications, Kaye has demonstrated success in auditing in good times, remediation in tough times, incident and complaint investigations, and project management. Her achievements extend to serving ACCPA members as an advisor, designing and delivery of ‘Be Prepared’ workshops, in addition establishing new business service lines, and fostering strong relationships within the aged care and healthcare sector.
