Partner in Care:
Helping to fill a Clinical Manager and support roles at Timbrebongie, whilst a recruitment process was underway for a full time team member.

We asked John Sevil, CEO of Timbrebongie House Inc, to tell us about his experience with Provider Assist.

Tell us about the challenges being addressed:
Our challenges stem from being regional and located west of Dubbo, NSW.  Staff seeking to live in this area tend to come from the coast and want to live in Dubbo (population 56,720). Narromine is further from the coast and is seen as too far away. We are addressing this through providing a better work environment, free training and in some cases, we offer more pay.

Tell us about your experience:
We engaged the Partner in Care service. Very helpful and very professional. The quick response and understanding our needs put you head of the others. Also, having good staff ready on your books was key.

Would you recommend the Partner in Care Service and our Provider Assist Specialists?
Yes, I am impressed with the people you have and the ease with which they fitted in and learned our operations. Thanks again for helping us.

Here are the amazing PA Specialists who made the above happen! We are forever grateful to call them a part of the PA team!
